Carp (Rasbora) is a freshwater fish with a streamlined body and a silver or gold color. They are peaceful and active swimmers, making them great additions to community tanks.

Mosquitorasboras can grow to a maximum size of 3 cm in the aquarium. A nano-basin with an edge length of at least 30 cm is absolutely sufficient for the species-appropriate keeping and care of the tiny ones. The aquarium should not be too bright. Observations have shown that the Boraras brigittae feel very comfortable in densely planted aquariums with black water.
Mosquitorasboras are peaceful and sociable people. The freshwater fish can easily be kept in a group or in a school. It is also possible to socialize with other mini fish or shrimp.
Boraras brigittae do not make any special demands on the prevailing water parameters in the pool. The freshwater fish feel themselves in water temperatures between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius.
